Domaine de la Cras, 'Tercet' Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Blanc 2019 England Pataille is leading the resurgencePlace: Burgundy, France Grape: Chardonnay Vibe: Zingy Tercet is the brainchild of Marc Soyard of Domaine de la Cras and his buddy Florian Lambert, a vineyard manager in the Cote d'Or, with the aim of nabbing grapes from Burgundy's best vines and vinifying them according to Marc's house style. For this cuvee Marc was looking for higher altitude vineyards for a fresher, more high acid style. The grapes were pressed onsite before being transported chez
