Meteoro sobre papel Delfina Braun Tokyo and ParisTulio de Sagastizabal was born in Misiones, Argentina in 1948. He lives and works in Buenos Aires. Hes been active in the citys art scene for over 30 years, and has represented Argentina at the IV Biennial of La Habana in 1991, and at the I Biennial of Porto Alegre in 1997. According to the artist, even though the entire undertaking of his work may seem to reflect bridled intuitions and purposes, he never feels absolute control over the images that
