Launched in 2020 by Japan’s Yoshino Spirits Co and named after "Umi" (Japanese for ocean) and "ki" (Japanese for "tree")

Vaguely salty and very complex with oak

with only 225 bottles produced

Comprised of Caol Ila matured in a refill hogshead (64%)

Blair Athol 13 Year Old Adelphi 1963 This blended malt was maturedA single cask release from the Blair Athol distillery in the Highlands, bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 2011, matured for 13 years in a first fill ex bourbon barrel and bottled in 2024. Only 255 bottles were produced.
