Vinification of free run juice, low temperature controlled fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle, with minimum ageing of 9 months on the lees before disgorging. Pale yellow color, with slight greenish hues. Clear and brilliant. Release of fine bubbles, with formation of crown. Clean, fresh
