When I met her in the summer of 2001, one of the first things she talked to me about was the joy of a morning spent with the Lord the early morning, when the sun had not risen yet, when the little birds had started their own Matins. She experienced this early awakening and this time spent with the Lord as a way of being alive. She experienced
