Gravner, Ribolla Gialla 2016 Chillable All that's good about JuraPlace: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy Grape: Ribolla Gialla Vibe: Advanced Incredible complexity here, and as with the wines of his close neighbour Radikon, this wine transforms with time in the glass. 5 month long maceration and fermentation in buried amphorae followed by 6 years maturation in large format, old oak. The fruit spectrum runs the gamut, add to that florals, herbs, spices and acid flow. Superb. ABV: 14%
