Easy to dress down or up, this fun pattern is classy and works well with almost any neutral color. Made to order, the dress is constructed of a four way stretch imported fabric, that's printed, cut, and sewn in the USA when you place your order. Due to the four way stretch, the fabric stretches and recovers on the cross and lengthwise grains. The dress feels
